The latest buzz on the internet is that more facts about the speculated vivo X500 Pro Max have surfaced. This comes one day after the same insider released info about the phone’s display. This time around, the leak is about the back camera system.

The Pro Max is reportedly equipped with a triple camera arrangement in the back, including two 50MP sensors and a 200MP camera. The main shooter is said to be Sony’s 50MP 1/1.28-inch LOFIC sensor while the periscope telephoto lens is said to have a 200MP 1/1.4-inch sensor.

Moreover, vivo is rumored to be testing an improved ultrawide camera based on a 50MP Sony IMX8-series sensor. But the company could opt for a slightly smaller 50MP sensor instead.

As for the launch timeline, vivo X500 series is said to launch in September and the lineup will have four versions. And if previous reports are to be believed, the X500 Pro Max could be powered by MediaTek’s forthcoming Dimensity 9600 chipset.
